Refund policy

At Media Arts & Graphics Inc., we take great pride in delivering high-quality custom printed products tailored specifically to your needs. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we’ve outlined the following policy to ensure transparency and mutual understanding.


1. All Sales Are Final on Custom Orders

All custom-designed and printed products are made specifically to your specifications. As such, all custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.


2. Approval Process

To prevent errors, we provide digital proofs or mockups for approval prior to production. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review all artwork, spelling, colors, layout, and sizing. Once approved, Media Arts & Graphics is not liable for any errors that were present in the approved files.


3. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before final proof approval or production begins. Once production has started, no cancellations, changes, or refunds can be issued.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a replacement, please provide:

  • Photographic evidence of the issue

  • A description of the problem

  • Your order number

Upon review, if the issue is deemed a production error, we will remake the affected items at no additional cost. Replacements will be produced using the original approved artwork only.


5. Color & Material Disclaimer

Due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and materials, colors may vary slightly from digital proofs or past orders. Such variations are considered standard in the printing industry and are not grounds for a refund or return.


6. Customer-Provided Files

Media Arts & Graphics is not responsible for poor-quality output due to low-resolution, improperly formatted, or flawed artwork files provided by the customer. We recommend working with our design team or following our submission guidelines to avoid issues.


7. Shipping & Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers, weather events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.


8. Reprints & Exceptions

In rare cases where a reprint is approved, we reserve the right to reprint the job exactly as originally ordered. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
