Shipping policy

At Media Arts & Graphics Inc., we strive to deliver your custom printed products quickly and securely. Below are the terms of our shipping process.

1. Turnaround Times

  • Standard Production Time: 3–10 business days after final artwork approval (varies by product)

  • Rush Orders: Available on select items for an additional fee. Contact us for availability.

Note: Production does not begin until we receive artwork approval and full payment.

2. Shipping Methods

We use trusted shipping partners such as Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, and local couriers. Shipping time is based on the selected service and delivery location.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or quoted manually based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information (when applicable). Local deliveries may not have tracking numbers.

5. Delivery Issues

Media Arts & Graphics is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received

Please ensure your address is accurate at the time of order.

6. Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup from our production facility in Mississauga. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

7. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping unless arranged in advance. Contact us for custom international order requests.
