2. SMS/MMS Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/MMS text messages from Media Arts & Graphics Inc. related to your transactions, promotional offers, updates, and customer service.
  • Message Frequency: Up to 4–8 messages per month.
  • Message & Data Rates: Standard carrier charges may apply.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. A confirmation message will be sent, and no further messages will be delivered unless you opt in again.

  • Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent: Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
  • Data Sharing: To enable SMS/MMS delivery, we may share limited data (such as your phone number and message content) with telecom carriers and platform providers. These providers may not use your data for any other purpose.
3. Account & Payment Information
If you create an account or place an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.Payments must be made using valid methods we accept. You authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge your chosen payment method for any purchases.
4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
